2.1. All bookings made through Orbiting Himalayas are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.3. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot.
2.4. Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (refer to the Cancellation Policy section).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. If you cancel your booking:

More than 30 days before the trek start date: 90% refund of the booking amount.
15-30 days before the trek start date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 15 days before the trek start date: No refund.
3.2. Orbiting Himalayas reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
4.2. You must adhere to all guidelines and safety measures provided by our team during treks and trips.
4.3. Any loss, damage, or injury caused due to negligence on your part is your sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics on this website, is the property of Orbiting Himalayas.
5.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
